Know what's worth doing before you spend money on AI.
In two weeks I look at how your business actually runs: your data, your programs, and your processes. You get a short written plan that says what's ready, what needs fixing first, and which AI projects would pay off.
This is for you if
- You're thinking about spending real money on AI and want to know where it would actually help first.
- Your information is spread across spreadsheets and programs that don't quite agree, and you're not sure AI would make that better or worse.
- You already use some AI tools and want someone outside the business to check they're doing what you think.
What I look at
Your data
Where your information lives, whether the numbers in different programs agree, and what would need cleaning up before any AI could use it.
Who can see what
Which people and tools can get into which information, and where that should be tightened before anything gets automated.
How work gets done
Whether your key processes are written down or live in one person's head. AI can only follow steps that exist.
AI you already use
Any chatbots, assistants, or AI features already in place: what they're allowed to do, and who checks their work.
How the two weeks go
Kickoff callDay 1
An hour or two together. You walk me through the business, the programs you use, and what you're hoping AI could take off your plate.
Look under the hoodWeek 1
With your permission, I look at your actual tools and data, usually over screen share, plus a few short conversations with the people who do the work.
Written planWeek 2
A plain-English report of 5–10 pages: what's in good shape, what needs fixing, and the first projects worth doing, in order.
WalkthroughEnd of week 2
A one-hour call to go through the report together and answer questions. Then a follow-up 30 days later to see what moved.

Price
Quoted up front after a short call, once I know the size of the business and how many programs are involved. No surprises later.
Your time
About three to four hours total, spread over the two weeks.

Everything I see stays confidential, and I'm happy to sign an NDA.
No obligation
The plan is yours to keep. Build the projects with me, with someone else, or not at all.
